Swap - Our Biggest Biannual Event!

What is Swap?

Our Biannual Swap happens in the Spring and Fall each year.

Our active members clean out their closets, drawers and toy bins and gather their clean and gently used baby gear, equipment, clothing, blankets, shoes, and books for donation. In the weeks leading up to the event, members drop-off their donations to our designated donation sites throughout Sonoma County.

The week of Swap, Board Members and volunteers bring everything together in an organized "garage sale" fashion and YOU get to come and "shop" for FREE for the things you need for your multiples for the upcoming seasons! After the designated hours of shopping for our members, we open this event to the public as a fundraiser for our Club.

The first 30 minutes are reserved for our expecting twin/triplet families and families with newborn twins/triplets. (Up to 3 months old)

The Member Shopping Schedules is as follows:

8:00-8:30am- Expecting and newborn families of twins/triplets. (Up to 3 months old) Shop for free!
8:30-10:30am- ALL MEMBERS WELCOME! Shop for free!
*10:30am-12:30pm- Garage Sale open to the public.  All members can still shop during this time for FREE.

How to Best Prepare for Swap

Gather your gear and get organized for drop-off!

Clothing items need to be organized by gender and size, and labeled in paper bags or diaper boxes.

All toys and gear need to be kept together and must be in working order.

Shoes should be kept together, by tying them, velcro method or by simply taking a rubber band and banding together.

This is a list of items NOT accepted for Swap:

  • Bottles and bottle parts
  • Breast pumps and parts
  • Plush toys, stuffed animals, "stuffies"
  • Nothing with stains, holes, rips, or damaged items
  • Incomplete toys, as in toys with not all of the pieces

Keep an eye out in your email and on our private Facebook group for information regarding dates, drop-offs, volunteering and table help!

As Members, we highly recommend giving back to our awesome club by signing up for a volunteer shift! It's a great way to socialize, meet other Parents of Multiples (PoMs) and is how we make this event so succesful!
